Jillian A. Cohen, FNP-BC, offers a unique perspective to the breast surgery department. Certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center, she specializes in breast oncology and benign breast diseases, and also runs her own breast cancer prevention program for women at high risk. She works closely with a multidisciplinary team of specialists, including breast surgeons, radiologists, medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, plastic surgeons, genetic counselors, and support staff. With a strong interest in integrative medicine, Jillian addresses the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of health, allowing her to view each patient as a whole person rather than focusing solely on their immediate medical needs. Outside of her role as a nurse practitioner, she is passionate about her family, music, and has been an equestrian since age three. These activities not only provide balance but also enhance her ability to connect with patients on a deeper level.
